Inspiration….
It was my grandma’s 72nd birthday today and I literally spent the whole day trying to contact her to say happy birthday. When I finally did, the first thing she said was “I Love you!” and then she said, “When you graduate, you’re going to be my doctor so you can take of me”. After hearing that, something just hit me, a sudden realization to start working my ass off here at school. I’m not only doing it for myself anymore but my whole family as well. But when I heard my grandma say that, it just made me think of all of the things she has ever done for me in my entire life. I grew up with her and I remember her sacrificing a lot of things to take of me and my sisters. And at the age of 72, she still has that spring in her step and she’s very energetic. I love her so much and she helped me realize that I have to get my crap together. And when I do become a doctor I’ll be there to take of her like she wants me to. Happy birthday again Lola Mi!
